I found I had to install ICU1 then remove the old key, install the new key. ICU2 and 3 installed without a problem and it all works now! If you miss one of these you will overwrite part of your 3.01 installation and possible upgrade all your 3.01 books to 3.5. I've had to go through and reinstall 3.5 and 3.01 several times before I got both working on the same system, but not at the same time (not messing with i5ndx settings at this time).
